A fabricante de equipamentos industriais e agrícolas Alamo Group Inc. está reportando lucro e vendas recorde após três aquisições importantes nos Estados Unidos, Canadá e Brasil.
Os ganhos recorde atingem as três aquisições estratégicas que ocorreram nos últimos quatro meses. O Grupo Alamo completou um acordo de US $ 10 milhões, no dia 6 de junho, para comprar a fabricante brasileira de equipamentos agrícolas, Santa Izabel Agro Industria Ltda.
Fundada em 1969, o Grupo Alamo tornou-se público em 1993. Emprega mais de 3.300 funcionários em 26 fábricas em todo os Estados Unidos, Canadá, Inglaterra, França, Austrália e Brasil. SEGUIN, Texas, June 6, 2017 -- Alamo Group Inc. (NYSE: ALG) announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Santa Izabel Agro Industria, Ltda. (“Santa Izabel”) in Brazil.
Santa Izabel designs, manufactures and markets a variety of agricultural implements and trailers sold throughout Brazil. They have been serving this market for more than 60 years.
